It took Ohtli a while to develop his shifting abilities but was very quick to recognize his place in the forest as the father to the jaguar population. Although Ohtli has been an 'adult' for a while and is actually quite older than Mirari he spent a very solitary life until he encountered the young ocelot and began to awkwardly stalk her until she became comfortable with his presence.
