Mille Feuille Gateau

This looks simply divine! You must have worked on it for a good hour or more to have it look so exquisite! Interesting combination of using Cherries and Coconut together. I've not once heard of such a combination before not even in any of the cookbooks I've read. You have a great deal of skill to make this look so appealing and mouth watering at that. I'll have to give making something like this a try whenever the opportunity arises. It looks like a real challenge, but as long as one has confidence I'm sure it won't be too bad. There is absolutely no way I can't give you a good critique! Something like this deserves it hands down!
