My Dark Side

Alright, so I know EVERYONE'S probably seen this pic/fanart about a hundred times now, be it the original [link] or a copy/ other version of it. Well about 2011 my art teacher had us doing scratch boards (I'll upload some of my earlier ones later) and wanted me to show some of the others how to do them. We had to take a pic lay it on top trace the lines and take the pic away and scratch to our hearts content, whether we followed the lines or not. I chose this pic just to be awesome, also because I'd been admiring it for years. So, after basically copying it, I decided to add a tad more, more fur/texture to the pic to make the light and shadows combine a bit more fluidly - on my version anyway. In any case, This has always been one of my favorite pieces I've done, even though I didn't make the original. It's also my most accomplished scratchboard^^
