Commission Info

Commissions are currently CLOSED.

I have 3 slots, the turnaround time will be about 2 weeks, depending on the size of the commission. I'll reserve a slot for 5 days - if I haven't received the payment after that time I'll open it up again.

I'm willing to draw most things other than those stated in terms below. I'm not too great at mechanical objects/architecture/extreme gore though. Snarly werewolves are a specialty!

Terms and conditions
1. Payment by Paypal only.

2. Communication via email only (hamstertoybox@gmail.com). Private messaging systems are too unreliable.

3. I will not draw:
a. Porn/ yiff/ hentai.
b. Erotica
c. Explicit fetish art (Tame fetish art is fine).
d. Anything derogatory or hateful.
e. Fanart - this is technically illegal. Original characters from a fandom universe may be okay - for example, your own My Little Pony character.
Violence/gore and tamer fetish art will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to refuse any subject matter.

4. The commission must be paid for in full before I start.

5. Upon receiving payment I will present the commissioner 3-5 thumbnail sketches to choose from. The commissioner can request up to 5 alterations without incurring extra charges.

6. Upon agreeing on a thumbnail I will send the commissioner a completion date. I will treat this date as an absolute deadline and do everything in my power to finish the art by this date.
a. In the unlikely event I am unable to finish the artwork by the completion date (Due to, for example, severe illness, personal crisis etc.) I will contact the commissioner as soon as possible and offer a full or partial refund dependent on what stage the work is at.
b. If the commissioner requires the work sooner I may be able bring the date forward, depending on my workload. The sooner I am advised of this the higher the chance I will be able to accommodate the request.

7. The finished product will be a high resolution (300 dpi) image emailed to the commissioner. No physical copy will be printed and sent, unless requested at extra cost.

8. Unless otherwise requested, I will use the image in my personal galleries and in promotional material. I will not further profit from the image (For example, sell prints of the image) without the commissioner’s permission.

9. The commissioner can upload the image online as long as credit is given. The commissioner may make prints of the image for personal use. The commissioner cannot profit from the image in any way.

10. If the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission up to 50% of the cost may be refunded, dependent on what
stage the work is at.

11. No revisions will be made to the final piece without incurring extra cost.

12. By submitting payment, the commissioner agrees to the above terms.
