Base 10

As many of you can figure, this is not my best work but i still ask you to respect my rules and please follow my previously stated rules (if unfamiliar with certain rules just ask) And as many others may recognize yes this is a MLP human base from the gala, i kept some key aspects of the dress design with the basicness(?) so you may customize them as you want. (also i apologize for AJ's hand there was a hat there but my computer decided to get rid of it for me)
