Dreams are difficult to narrate well, and ~BadNarrator handles the subject with aplomb in Mechanical Jellyfish: A Year in Dreams.

in the year 2010 I began keeping record of my dreams. it was difficult at first, I could barely recall anything other than a few details, feelings and sensations. but as with any other skill the more I practiced the easier it became to remember my experiences when I slept. by the end of 2011 I was able to account for almost every moment of my dreams. in July of last year, around the time I first traveled to Alaska, I decided to write a non-fiction book of my dreams. it's still a work in progress and any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I expect to have the entire year posted within the next month or so.

Congrats on your DD. ^_^ The way you acknowledge the disjointedness of dreams makes each selection oddly coherent. Some are similar, and some come right out of nowhere. It's quite an enjoyable read!

I noticed all of these seem to be first-person. Do you ever have dreams where you aren't anything or anyone at all, but are just watching other people or events?
