Episode 16 is right here of "Scootaloo's Scootaquest!" This episode is called, "Decisions Lead To Outcomes." We follow up on Scootaloo's encounter by Trixie, the great and powerful! It then catches up to Rainbow Dash and Soarin' who were last seen running from the cops, and ends with Dr. Stable and his ensemble cast of heroic medical professionals ready to treat and cure all the sick patrons of the town.
