8th Mandelbulb3D Teaser starts today!!!
As per our group
rules, Richard 
, winner of the 7th Teaser, has to setup the rules for this Teaser...and here it goes...

8th MB3D Teaser Rules by Richard

Use a minimum of 3 formulas.
Any 1 formula from the first 3D tab but only 1
Any 1 formula from the second 3D tab but only 1
Any 1 formula from the 3Da tab but only 1
Optional: 1 or 2 Ads from a single Ads column. (Use 1 from any Ads column, or if you use 2 Ads, they have to come from the same column)
Optional: Julian on or off. Formulas can be in any sequence.
Optional" DE combinate can be used. Max. 5 formulas.

Each participant can submit 2 deviations.
Last date of submission - 25th July 2013
General Teaser Rules:-

1. All submissions should be original, i.e., you should start from scratch. No tweaking allowed.
2. If it is necessary, you can use a Background picture, like sky etc... provided, it should not occupy major portion of your deviation.
3. Each participant can submit 2 deviations for a teaser but second submission should be significantly different - i. e. not just another view of the same fractal.
4. Parameter sharing is optional but should give a short description of your workflow. Any tips or tricks used, if you care to share.
5. The winner of the teaser will get the privilege to conduct the next teaser i.e., he/she has to set the formulae for the next teaser
If anybody wants to join these Teasers please send a note to the group, you'll get your invite immediately!

Here goes - "More is Less" Any two formulae in ALTERNATE Mode. Use a Background and/or a Map.

Ok so here we are with our 29th Teaser, last Month our rising star :iconLukasFractalisator: won Sabines teaser with this excellent piece :thumb545170561:
Use orthographic camera mode ( which is setting FOVy on 0) and high DoF, while using any formula from 4Da formula tag and feel free to mix it with any others formula of your taste. Also number of formulas is up to you, Main things are Camera, DoF, and 4Da formula
you can use maps/background images etc so long as the fractal is the main feature..
