Serenity Dancer - Tsarina of Muskovy

Commission sketch concept done by *Valkyrie-Girl, requested by her sister upon her hearing about my work on my 'expanded story' universe. Credit to her for the idea to use Reindeer (which I had not known was an animal unique to only Russia and Canada) for my Russians (who I have been having a hard time concepting); idea and history below is my work however. Read below!

The Tsardom of Muskovy is one of the largest non-pony nations outside Equestria. Inhabited by magical reindeers (who lack cutie-marks but whom all possess the ability to fly), their nation is based off of both medieval Kievan Rus' and the more modern Soviet Union/Russia.

Serenity (her title) Dancer is the young ruler of the Tsardom of Moskovy, a collection of Federal Subjects under the Imperial Throne that she sits on from the Capital of Muskcow. Young and inexperienced, she enjoys great support and popularity with both Comrade-Marshal Vixen of the Volga (leader of the Volga Cossacks who occupy the western half of the country) and the Comrade-Hero Rudolph the Red (commander of the White Army of the central Muskovy region, as well as head of the elite Imperial Red Guards).

She and her country gets introduced during the Cutie Mark Crusaders Chronicles (with Queen Chrysalis) when they venture to her land for help during that respective storyline. However, trouble on the western frontier of the country (bordering the belligerent Griffon Empire) forces both Rudolph the Red and Vixen of the Volga to take their respective troops to quell the unrest with their neighbors.

Unfortunately, the hawkish Comrade-General Blitzen (of the experienced and battle-hardened Sideerian Red Army) uses this opportunity to lead a revolt to crush the Tsarina's leaderless White Army and unseat the young and inexperienced ruler before her trusted comrades can return.
