Those in the "Navyrope Organization" have had the alarm triggered. The FPB has launched an illegal raid on the entire city of Oklahoma City, rounding up pregnant teens from conservative-leaning households in order to force them en masse to have abortions in an undisclosed location. The Obama regime hoped nobody would find out the FPB particularly existed. But he underestimated what would happen when the HIV+ militant gay activist Clarence Felick rose to power within the FPB's ranks. Now, the rogue organization has made law-abiding US citizens from traditional households (at least half the city) into targets.

One man has been organizing a resistance to the FPB's acts of tyranny: Vince "Navyrope" Finton. After going in for a kidney stone treatment, Vince doesn't get to stay in the hospital for very long before he has to suit up as Navyrope again. In this scene, Mandy has managed to escape while FPB agents terrorize the hospital. Felick has cornered Navyrope in a hospital room, and a fight ensues while Tiffany Sterlie lays low. Felick hopes to knock the mask off and lick Vince's face, uttering his infamous line of "Welcome...to the world of AIDS!" What he doesn't know is that Navyrope has the Chron resistance, and cannot get HIV. However....Tiffany still can! And she's pregnant! Can Navyrope fight off this menace and get Tiffany an escape route before more agents arrive?

The heroic Navyrope has been labeled a "terrorist" by the regime, and now the "terrorist" has no choice but to fight back against the oppressive regime.

Note: "Navyrope" was heavily inspired by "The Meaning of 'Choice' " by Freedom Warrior Productions, as well as the Wachowski Brothers' "V for Vendetta."

Navyrope gets his name from the blue noose knot symbol on his helmet. It is based on the blue-painted rope that his foot got caught in when he was knocked overboard off a ferry. George Vantin, the man who knocked him over, did so because Vince was dating George's ex-girlfriend Tabitha Hominy, who refused to have an abortion when she conceived George's child. George knocked Vince overboard so he wouldn't interfere with George murdering Tabitha out of revenge for her defiance. The incident is what inspired Vince to devote his life to the Navyrope persona, and to wage a personal crusade against the entire institution of abortion.

Felick notes that his last name sounds like "feline lick." That's why he both uses his HIV+ saliva as a weapon and shaves his mustache to look like cat whiskers.
