Lately, I've been having a few more customers than usual coming up to me saying things like

"Oh, Sorry Cobalt. I forgot to tell you this really important thing that you need to do to my icon! It will completely mess up what work you already did on it and it's going to require a lot of time to fix up, but that's ok right? I know this is basically the equivalent of remaking it but, this is really really super important!"

Of course, this is an exaggeration and no one's ever actually said those exact words to me but, you get what I'm trying to say, right? You people keep forgetting to tell me these things. I can't read minds and I don't know what you want unless you tell me. So, here's what I'm going to do:

• I will no longer make DRAMATIC changes to icons. (Things like adding freckles or something small like that is still ok.)
• If you didn't specify you wanted something animated, I will not animate it later for you just because you "forgot to mention it".
• If you say you want sunglasses (but don't say where or what color) I will not move them or change the color after I put them on your icon. You should've told me all about that stuff to begin with.
• If you say you want headphones (but don't specify what kind or color) I will not remove them or change them after I put them on your icon. You should've told me everything you wanted me to know about them before I made your icon.
• I will not change the mane of your pony. Case closed.
• Few to no exceptions may apply. These policies also apply to my base edits.

So, what brought this on? Well, I feel I've been a little lenient when it comes to remaking and changing things on your icons and I think I've been giving out too much free work. So, this "NO-REMAKE" Policy will be in effect indefinitely.
