Well, Twilight must not have had anything to do with organizing this... This is very bad "architecture" for lack of a better word.
You want AJ on the bottom, that much I know. Pegasi on the top probably, assuming they have hollow bones or are otherwise lighter. Fluttershy is the physically weakest too, so probably her on the very top... with Dash right under her for reassurance.
Can't tell if that is Unicorn Twilight or Twilicorn. Twilcorn would go second from the bottom (Pinkie Pie is too hyper to go very low, she'd introduce a lot of sway).
Pinkie Pie would require experimentation, and knowledge of how her hyperness balances with her massive appetite for her fattiness.
