M has a slim physique and next to no muscle mass, he’s quite tall and no one's sure where he's from.

He's a late teenager that tends to be cocky, flirty and a show off whenever the opportunity presents itself. He never stays in one place for too long and doesn't show himself unless he wants to be seen, he likes to play games with people but in a fun loving way not deadly.

His favorite colors appear to red, blue and black.

He keeps mostly to himself doing what he likes which is usually stealing and treats everyone relatively the same although he tends to spend more time winding up Cheetah Girl than other hero's.

Personality

General personality: M is mischief making thief that never seems to stop smiling or making teasing comments even in battle.

He doesn't work with other villains and he doesn't side with hero's, he doesn't kill anyone and actually has saved people from life threatening situations if he's in the area. He treats both sides equally having no favoritism and an uncaring attitude to what either side wants he much prefers getting reactions out of people from harmless tricks than world domination/justice. He loves being the center of people's attention 'wowing' them with tricks and illusions, even when he is fighting he'll act like it's a masterful performance rather than a real fight.

He loves witty banter, clever sarcasm, grand stages and winding up high strung individuals.
He doesn't like being upstaged, anyone trying to control him and often falls into being cruel in remarks rather than teasing.

He seems to like tossing female hero's flowers before he leaves.

Power(s): No magical item is needed to channel the raw energy that seems to come from him, he can casts spells, summon small animals, teleport, mimic voices, create various shapes out of light that are as bright as fireworks. However he has never used any elements such as water, fire, air or earth to aide him so it is likely he can't do it, he is a master illusionist that can do the 'now you see it and now you don't' but actually move items and people other than himself to different places.

Summon: He can call forth any animal/creature/person of his choosing to aide him as he see's fit
PROS: Can control the contracted summon to do his bidding
CONS: The larger the summon the more energy is sapped to keep it around

Teleport: Can transport himself/anyone he chooses anywhere in the blink of an eye
