This is my entry for
's Group Stock Challenge. The theme of the challenge was to create a fantasy warrior woman using the stock images provided in the stock section of the group gallery. I used On These Endless Fields 7 by

This was a lot of fun. When I looked through the stock images, this one leaped out at me. Great pose, costume and most importantly lighting. And she almost yelled at me "Where are my wings!!!" I hadn't drawn wings in months, and it was such a joy to do this. The background was inspired by Rudolf Herczog's "Kingdom" (Exposé 7). This picture also loosely fits in with my Gargoyle Girl pieces, "The Watcher" and "The Hunter". I hope you enjoy.
