Description
BUCK 2013 is just around the corner, and I've painted this for the charity auction, which this year is in aid of Cadiac Risk in the Young (CRY). It's painted with acrylic on canvas, and measures about 18 x 14 inches (46 x 36 cm).
Princess Celestia starts Twilight's schooling with two important lessons: good magic control, and making a good cup of tea!
"Very good, my faithful student, but next time add the milk first..."
Update: I reshot the photo in daylight for a sharper and more accurate image.
Update: The painting was placed in a written auction along with several other items (due to there being so many donations they couldn't all be sold within the 90 minute live auction) and raised a staggering £200! The auction raised in total £8,025. My unlimited gratitude to the convention attendees who bid so generously on my and other auction items.
