Representations:
Aisling means dream or vision in Gaelic
Black mane and tail represent fear/nightmares/despair
Skull for her head/face represents life in/after death(could also be seen as another hidden hope)
Red Ribbon represents the courage that is needed to face death/despair/depression.
Lighter body markings are the hidden hope in every catastrophe/disaster
Also I chose her to be a tiger because tigers have always had a special place in my heart, and they are just gorgeous animals(their skulls are fun to draw too, I want one really bad XD)
Additional info:
Aisling is pronounced Ash-Lean. though there're many ways of pronouncing it I like this one best c:
Aisling and Darakay are like opposite spectrums of my mind, Darakay is a protector of my dreams/thoughts, while Aisling has been inslaved into being a keeper of Insomnia(my biggest enemy), and nightmares.
Aisling and Darakay sorta have a relationship(like bf and gf) though they could never be together as Darakay is not only my dream keeper but he can't die, while Aisling is my nightmares, and she is dead and can't cross over to be living.
I might be making a comic sorta like Alice in wonderland, and all my characters will be different characters. but idk if you guys care or not -3-
