[Terms Of Service]

•  I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question.

•  I reserve the right to include any commission in my portfolio, or sell again in the form of a 'collection' of my artwork (Artbooks for example), where the overall focus is not the sale of an artwork of a specific character, but to give people the chance to overlook multiple of my files at one place manually.

• I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website(s) or galleries like DeviantART/FurAffinity and so on, as well as adding it to a possible art book with an overview of my art works for it to be sold. (If an original character of yours has been requested, credit to you will be noted accordingly.)

• If you do not want your commission displayed for whatever reason, please tell me WITHIN the commission request.
  

• I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly. A change in price will be discussed prior to starting a commission. (No up charge after finishing a piece.)
  

• I will not begin the piece until I have received payment. Once I have been paid and started, I will continue to update you on the process. You'll receive progress images of the commission, changes can be made then. Requested changes must fit the current stage of the commission.
  

• I reserve the right to work on multiple commissions at a time and to tailor the working progress to what gives me the best output. Meaning, I might not do the commissions in the order I got the requests.

• You may upload your commission to your Gallery on whatever website provided proper links and/or credit are given.

[Payment]

• Payment is to be made upfront and through Paypal.

• Payment plans are acceptable from 150usd on wards.
  

• All commissions are non refundable. (Don't commissions me if you don't want art by me.) Refunds will only be given if it's for sure you won't receive art due to trouble on my side.

[Yes you may share my Fanart!]

Yes, you heard right! Whether you want to upload it to your galleries, share it at facebook, tumblr or whatever!  ;D
You can also use it for headers, icons, in forums, or similar stuff, as long as credit is given.

There are very few rules:

DON'T REMOVE MY WATERMARK
GIVE PROPER CREDIT
DON'T MAKE MONEY WITH IT

(Now, 3 rules really isn't a lot, right?)
