Competition: Group Mascot Contest

Hello Everyone!

Finally, the glorious return of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is approaching. And to get everyone excited, back into the spirit of vectoring and help to bring out your creative sides, we will be hosting the MLP-VectorClub's very first competition!

We want you to design our new Group Mascot, which will be used for additional Group features that will be announced in the near future!

Competition Rules
You must be a current Vector Club Member/VE to participate in the Contest.
Designs have to abide with the group quality requirements.
The vector file (SVG/AI) needs to be provided. This doesn't have to be public; you can comment a link on your submission request, or send the group a note. If you do the latter, use the subject line "Mascot Contest Submission Source".
Submissions have to be submitted to the 'Mascot Contest Folder'; only vectors submitted to that folder will be accepted as entries.
We will not accept recolors of existing vectors. Your submission must be either a new show trace, or Original Style.
A Maximum of 2 Submissions per person are allowed. However, a person can only win one prize.
Vector Inspectors and General Managers will be the judges for the contest. This is to keep it as fair as possible and avoid 'friend/popularity voting'. Obviously, current club admins are not allowed to enter the contest.
The winning entry will be judged on design, colors (harmonic colored designs will be considered more carefully then those that are over-saturated, neon etc.) and quality.

Prizes
1st place: $30 or 1 year Premium and design will be used as the Group's Mascot!
2nd Place: 3 Month Premium
3rd Place: 1 Month Premium
All winners will have their deviation placed in our Featured folder. Non-winning entries will be moved to the proper folder at the conclusion of the contest (OCs).

Duration
The Contest will accept submissions until 5pm EST on the 17th November 2013. Winners will be announced during the following week.

UPDATE:
Thanks everyone for your submissions to the MLP-VectorClub's first competition! All of them were excellently vectored, and well designed! But only 1 can be the winner! (Plus Second and Third of course) Voting is now underway, and you can expect a result within the next day!
