Backstory:
She comes from a wealthy family but when her mother was pregnant with her, her parents got into a big fight. Her father cursed at how catty her mother was and shouted "May the devil give our child the mark of your wicked feline behavior!", they made up later but what has been done has been done. When Juliana was born she looked pretty normal...until she opened her eyes. Her eyes were golden and cat-like. Her mother was so distraught by this to the point she committed suicide by flinging herself from the roof of their mansion and her father was ashamed to the point of locking up Juliana inside their mansion for the early years of her childhood. She mostly interacted with the servants, family members, or very close friends of her father like Earl Vincent Phantomhive. She was eventually able to leave the mansion more freely, but she was always either with her father or some sort of protection.

Her father did adore his daughter and when he traveled he would always bring Juliana with him. Later her father died and it was written in his will that Ceil Phanomhive's father was Juliana's godfather, so she was sent to live with Ciel. She helps out around the house (much to the dismay of her maid Lillian, but I will get into her more later.) And while she lives with Ciel, she is taught how to be a proper lady by her maid Lillian and other tutors.
