Literature Text

Like an alpha wolf hunting it's prey,
Bad memories don't just go away.
Like that wolf they'll hunt you down,
Drag you under,
Make you drown

Quick, take a breath,
Get back on your feet.
Death is close,
Feel your heart skip a beat

In the light of the gleaming blade,
You hold to your wrist,
Listen to Death's sweet serenade,
Are your memories really so bad miss?

They persistently torment you.
Why do you let them?
Don't let them hold you,
Condemn you,
Destroy you.

It is your choice.
Drop the blade,
All memories eventually fade
