Best Pillow Ever

I have no idea what's happening here. It just started as a doodle as I was practicing drawing using my Bamboo tablet. Then I attempted to figure out how to ink it in Illustrator. Then added colors in Photoshop. Then I decided it was good enough to actually upload.

So if anyone wants to come up with a story for what's happening, be my guest. lol
