   Toffee has grown a lot more receptive over chiots he don’t know, even if he’s still shy in certain occasions. He's really kind towards strangers that are having trouble with anything, offering a helping paw to anyone in need, being them ladies or gentlemen (ladies mostly). He is a true gentleman for his behavior towards females, being usually very polite. Toffee is not much of a chatterbox, unless with friends, where he seems to show his true self and open more. He's a great cook - even if humble about it - and know well how to blend herbs and mushrooms to make really tasty spices to use on his dishes. Although his humble personality, when someone doubt about his capacities, he tends to get really cocky as a side effect. Toffee loves to call friends over for lunch or snacks, and believes that food is the ultimate tool to bring friends together, bringing good times and experiences. When exposed to loud noises or crowded places, he gets really irritated, getting extremelly grumpy. Toffee dreams since his childhood to know all the plants that grow in this land, and use this knowledge to cure chiots and prepare delicious meals.

   Despite his calm and mild behavior, if his life is in danger or of see someone he love getting hurt or threatened, he assume an overreactive and quite violent temper. Like a "tsundere" or alternative personality, and will attack his enemies without thinking twice. He calls himself "hot-blooded" when refering to this particular mood, and is really scared of what he's capable to do when at it. It passes a few minutes after the fight is over, though. Even if he hates to admit, he's kind of short temper, just like his mother. He don't like to be joked around unless you have enough intimacy to do so, and if someone would like to help him in the kitchen or be his apprentice, this someone will have to deal with a very severe and strict teacher. He have a lot to offer though, so it can be worth it.

   When he's around kids, his personality might change from a quiet and sheepish chiot to a playful and dummy goof. He plays, tells stories, all the things that he didn't have on his childhood and missed. Now that he's more mature, he feels more comfortable approaching to kids than approaching to teenagers/adults.

   Toffee was born an only child, even if uncommon around most chiots, together with a stillborn twin brother. His childhood stories weren't the most pleasant, since his mother used to keep him enclosured inside studying most of the time, to protect him from the world outside, too afraid to lose him like she lost his brother. He used to be a really shy chiot as a cub, and thanks to his early confinement by his overprotective mother, the little chiot had a great trouble developing basic social skills, growing lonely over the years. His mother Hershey Caramel, a well known doctor around Mana, deeply desired that her son would become a great doctor like her one day - but apparently Toffee's goal was not to be a doctor. Hershey noticed that, so she began to get stricter, teaching him everyday and punishing the boy whenever he got a question wrong, using a ruler on the matter. Even if a pretty radical method, that DID make him learn a lot about medical knowledge, even if not his goal. His true secret passion was watching his father Udon cook. As a fully versed professional gourmet cheff, Udon had techniques that made Toffee's eyes sparkle in amazement. He used to watch him and take notes when his mother wasn’t watching, since she thought that would distract him from his “serious goal”. Even though he really admired his father, Udon is a man of few words, leading them to have little to no verbal interaction.

   Another of Toffee’s great joys was hearing his grandpa’s amazing stories about his adventures as an explorer. He and his faithful chail explored the depths of Angura forest, fought snufflers and sersins, and did great acts of courage on his youth. Toffee’s imagination went wild during those stories, leading him to do his first expeditions on his own when he was ten years old, exploring more and more of the forest and its plants, who soon became his best friends. Fascinated by their properties, he wanted to know more and more everyday, but unlikely his mother thought, not for medical purposes, but for culinary. He started developing even more his skills, but was still unpleased with his work, wanting to reach perfection like his father – or so he considered.

   When his grandfather Mojo passed away during his early seventeens, Toffee lost a great inspiration and father figure, what brought him down severily. Upon seeing his will nevertheless, he saw that he wanted him to keep his hat, that was together with Mojo on his great adventures, with a last message: “Go see the world.” Needless to say this brought him inspiration again, and using his newly acquired hat, he signed up in the explorers guild to start on his own adventures, dreaming that one day he would be able to know all the plants that grow in the world.

    After he became an explorer, he gained a lot of the needed social skills over time, and even ended up meeting a lovely girl called Rosemary, for which he fell in love and is currently dating. He even was promoted in the explorer’s guild! From working with his father at his restaurant and lifting lots of boxes full of ingredients, he ended up gaining more muscles as well. Becoming a lot more confident in himself, he even got a cool tattoo! Let’s see what else awaits him!
