For a good while now I've been trying to find an excuse for Octamum to shout "MY REAL BABY!!!" towards Octavia. Then this idea came along! 
No doubt she won't be letting Octavia out of her sights for the entire evening now!
UPDATE: A few people were having a hard time grasping this, so I've gone and updated the dialogue for the second and third panels.
