It's 'new' because one its an animation in flash even though frame by frame, two its HORROR, and three its HORRIFYING IN GENERAL. (Art style |D )

This thing took the longest time. I can't even remember how many frames it is. But it was like 80-90 layers on top of that. Almost 3,000 frames if I recall. All frame by frame. It was the longest time I have spent on utter derpery. I was supposed to post it on Halloween. I forgot.
This is meant to be a joke
The animation is intentionally derpy. So are the characters though, tis part of the joke. XD
If you have not followed the history of Rall this will probably not amuse you as much.
