“Oh! You human voices are the best!” giggled the drow boy.

“Hey!” protested the deep human saleswoman to the couple of drows, who was shuffling among her wares and playing dress up. “If you aren’t buying, you can’t do that!”

“Should I buy the fabulous human hat? For the carnival?”

“Nah. If we go as humans for the carnival, I prefer the costumes to be drow made. Human clothes are too itchy” said the girl. “And they fashion is ridiculous!”

As the young drow couple left, laughing, other drows where as well checking the wares of the human saleswoman.

“LOOK! This hoodie have ears! It’s so cute!” said Maylara with a smile, playing with the ears knitted to the hoodie. ""You are so going to wear these one!!"

Larylene sighed, embarrassed. Other slaves had to go around naked, as punishment, or to earn their clothes in front of their masters eyes… Why couldn’t she be one of these slaves?
