A Horse of Mystery

His hooves made no noise on the grass as he galloped along the edge of the cliff. He was a horse of mystery and know one knew who he was or where he came from. He just came to this cliff, once a year on a certain day, October 31st. He was known for his quietness and everyone was afraid of him, they though he was a demon. Other horses would gallop away with fear if they caught his scent in the wind, but people no longer wanted him to go there, he scared them, worried them. They soon came up with an idea and built a city near where his spot was and he never returned. They believed that they outsmarted him, they believed that it is possible to chase away a demon, but he soon returned. He galloped back to his cliff, head held high, proud to be back where he belong. He threw his front end up in a rear that lasted what seemed like forever to anyone watching. He then turned and galloped back into the forest that surrounds the cliff. Quiet as ever, not making a single sound.

On the ground:

He is very well behaved on the ground but may sometimes take your hat off and your mittens too! He will search your pockets for treats. Very loving and he loves it when you hold his head for him, his head is very heavy. Jack is a gentle giant!

Well Being Ridden:

Jack isn't perfect well being ridden, he can be a bit spooky if he is by himself. If he is in a herd, he is perfect for being at the front. Nothing will scare him except for a tractor, he will gallop away screaming.

- - He was found wondering the woods. Not too sure where he came from before that.

- - If I got him I would use him all the time. I love his design and his personality! HIs design looks easy, but is very complex and a great challenge to draw! I would draw him a lot with my foals because of his kind nature I would probably have a 12 - 15 year old ride him since he is a gelding and would be the safest one. I love that he is a gelding because then you don't have people coming and only liking your horse because of their genetics and how their foals might turn out. I also love that he is gelding because people won't be bothering me about breeding him and begging me for a slot to him. Also, everyone loves a gelding! He would do a ton of eventing and go on a lot of dragon hunts. I want my Norannder barn to be based around dragon hunting and eventing. I will draw him a love him a lot and he will become my Norannder barn's mascot! He will also be my first Norannder and joker, so I will never, ever sell him.

-- I finally gave in and used GIMP. I actually love how he came out and the shading, the SHADING! I love it so much! I could of tried harder on the background, but I have been working on this for about 4 hours and I am super excited and my brain is all scrambled. I do love this a lot and I am so in love. I think this is my best shaded piece yet!
