"Meta Logou Alēthē Doxan"
According to the commissioner: "hê meta logou alêthê doxa is actually taken from a work of plato (theaetetus) and means something like "true opinions combined with their explanation" (as a definition of knowledge)"
This piece was made as a tattoo for reddit user certainsadness. The extra little lines inside the "E"s of "Alēthē" represent the macrons on the e's. The "broken" edges were requested to avoid scrunching problems with a tattoo on the shoulder. It came out well and is still clearly Circular Gallifreyan.
