.a glimpse at ghosts. (BW)

There's this house a block away from where I live. They started building about 4 years ago or so (based on the signs that used to be on the fences and what neighbours said). Some say there were funding problems, some say it's just a little hobby...but there's this basic wooden construction and it's very rustic and very worn down...there are a few windows in their frames already, although it doesn't even have walls on each side. And the windows that are there are broken...I love that little semi-ruin so much! I wish to dress a model in a poofy ballgown and shoot there. You know, the beauty in the breakdown, posh meets decay-kind of thing...I don't worry about jumping the fence. I just worry that the floor won't hold us and we fall into this little crater and break our necks lol. Or rather, I worry that my model gets hurt.
But yes, that's the story of the house. I love going there and studying it. Although it was never close to being finished, it just tells so many stories. Of hopes and shattered dreams...
