:bulletred: History:
Quia was born on Tarpaulin, first child of Lanah, the Fighting/Grass Lucario and Illudim, the Bug Hitmontop... She was born with one eye like her father, and the other like her mother... since she wouldn't stop crying as a baby until the father's eye (a compound eye) was covered, they granted the child an eyepatch of sorts.
Originated in the Jade Amazon, the little family functioned much like a little tribe of sorts; though they were excluded from most signs of civilization, they managed to keep theirselves alive and happy by taking what the land had to offer, also respecting it in return.
Quia grew up very dependent on her parents' capabilities to gather food and make a shelter... her father usually was out, hunting for food, whilst her mother took care of her and ensured that their hut was in good shape, thus growing a better bond with her mother at the younger years of her life.
However, it was later, when she had grown to a fine teenager that her parental bonds seemed to shift somewhat... since there were now three mostly-grown mouths to feed, her father could use some help with the hunting, so Quia and her mother were both taught the basics of hunting by him. Quia was given a dagger and her mother a scythe; though not too long after this teaching started, her mother became pregnant, so while she had to stop there, Quia continued. 9 Months later, the little family was blessed with a beautiful baby boy who was named Trent, the Grass Tyrogue.
Quia was amazed to have a little brother, but she soon saw this child enveloped in a blue light whenever she eyed him... when she voiced this, though, her father seemed to shrug it off... she was told to focus on hunting instead; but her mother on the other hand seemed interested about what Quia said. As a Lucario, it was a trait that she was familiar with and explained to her the wondrous ability of seeing Aura's. Speaking highly of it and telling her it is a great gift...

Many years of little change passed, and it was not until then that Quia had started focusing on her so-called 'gift' more and more; but she noticed that her brother, who was now a teenager, had developed an odd purple aura, which she was unfamiliar with. When asking her mother about it, she seemed a tad disturbed... then proclaiming to have noticed the same with her father and also being quite unsure to it's meaning. They both agreed to keep an eye out for anything that could indicate something about it's meaning... but they both were left in the dark.
That is... until the island was suddenly a lot more populated than before... Quia and her mother both saw it... Aura's... deepest blue, warmest red, darkest black, blinding white and everything in between... but more than anything, this uncomfortable dark aura... there was no origin to speak of... but this is when there were things starting to go down... every now and then there would be this overwhelming aura, followed by an oddity, such as everyone of the little family undergoing bodily changes or even seeing the entire island covered in a sickening mist... all those odd occurances would come and leave after feeling that overwhelming aura of sorts.
When then the Jade Amazon itself became overgrown with even larger vegitation and the winds itself became more violent; Quia felt like it was enough... as a family they always stuck together, as far away from any outsiders as possible... but Quia wanted to see what the hell was going on... and she raised these ideas before her mother, brother and father. Her father and brother both seemed uninterested in her suggestion and basically proclaimed it to be none of their business and telling her to let it rest...
Quia got in a harsh argument with the both of them, her mother kind of standing on neither side. After the argument had finished, Quia had decided already... she was going to go out there... looking for what was going on... and when given the chance, help out those in need.
Her mother seemed the only one to pick up and remotely care about how genuine Quia was being; and rather than stopping her, she gave her her own scythe... the one she normally used to hunt. And rather than words, she just gave her a nod.
And with that, Quia set out... seeking to find out more about the island, it's people and foremost... try her best to help facing the chaos that tends to befall them all.

:bulletpink: Personality:
Quia is overall a kind and caring individual... sure, she may have some savage tendencies at times, such as her tendency to often resort to violence or combat to sort out differences with other people... however, unless the person enjoys combat, if Quia has a good bond with someone, she'll try to avoid those tendencies. Quia is also fairly unfamiliar with any kind of technology... while her father was capable of forging weaponry, such as her scythe; anything beyond that is really likely to rub her the wrong way and confuse her.
She is pure of heart and is flat out incapable of leaving someone in need; thus setting the needs of others above hers... except if they have an unsettling aura around them.
Speaking of that, yes, Quia can see other people's aura, but it is very limited to a simple colored light and a certain feeling she'll get upon seeing it... while there are all these hints that could help her determine anything about a person's disposition; those with a stronger state of mind than her, or those with a very complex disposition will be completely unreadable to her. On top of that she is very untrained in recognizing associations in regards to one's aura... so basically, while she can see aura's, other than a gut feeling, she'll have little to back it up.
Quia isn't the sharpest tool in the tool shed, but she means well and is everything but a pushover... whatever her conviction or decision, she will stand by it and see it through until the end... even if it ends up being harmful to herself. She is kind of a closed book to strangers, especially if they have an unreadable or uncomfortable aura; but it's easy to earn her trust... maybe a tad too easy even; but once she trusts someone, she'll open up a bit more; and she's easily urged to do a lot for a valued friend~.

:bulletred: Funfacts:
-Her eye-patch covers a regular completely functional eye (though it may be a lazy eye due to the lack of usage); this used to cover a compound eye, but as she changed to a Fairy-type it was reverted.
-The weapons she carries, the bow and rapier were made by her father; she used to carry a Scythe and dagger, however due to her sudden change to a Fairy-type she fell ill from holding the weaponry; so her father customized her a bow and a bone rapier.
-While Quia does indeed have a familiar like everyone else, it's barely ever visibly at her side... there are some emotional cases where it might pop up, though.
-When initially designing Quia, she was based off of a Wood elf Fighter going by the name of Lanah, who is a character I used in a 3.5 DnD Campaign with my friends... her mother's name may or may not be a throwback to that.
