So...I filled a Sheet i found here on DeviantART, and while i think i could have done this better (like drawing my character instead of using a screenshot, then again i can't draw very good right now, and know nobody who would draw my character) but i hope you'll like it. 

Also, i'm gonna add additional info regarding the choices i picked for my character (and i left out mods from my description in the Sheet, cept' the one white fedora, but i'll add a bit here.)

-----Additional Info-----

Strength: Justyn was from Birth on always a bit stronger than others, and while he can lift quite a lot, he isnt nearly as strong as someone who Trains tough.

Perception: while he Doesn't have a bad eyesight, he is very good at it  overlooking stuff, so it can happen that an enemy is already shooting at him while he just now saw the enemy.

Endurance: Justyn can Take a few hits, and doesn't feel anything when punched, he was never known for being endurant, so he barely can take more than the average Human.

 

Charisma: Justyn Is a Very Nice guy and thus have an easy time Making Friends, and while some consider him good-looking, he is rather shy and stays away from people, he also has Asperger which causes him to a bit strange in conversations.

Intelligence: Thinking was one of Justyn's Biggest Plus-Points, While a Doctor or scientist is Miles Smarter than him, he Also Knows A Lot of Stuff nobody has Heard of, he is also capable of speaking fluent English and German and Can Read very Fast.

Agility: Justyn was Always one of the Strong but Slow Types, this may come from his Lazy Lifestyle as he mostly was just Sitting around doing Nothing, still, he's only a little bit slower than the average Human.

Luck: Luck was Always at Justyn's Side, it seemed for him that Always something good happens to him when he feels miserable or in General something bad happens to him, while he never played any Casino Games, he has a high chance of winning at Coin Tossing.

-Tagged Skills-

(1) Speech: With his Friendly personality and good usage of words he can quickly manipulate people, he also was always good at acting.

(2) Unarmed: Punching someone can Hurt, and while he can land a good punch, he rather just Holds People or Choke them.

(3) Guns: If you Live in a Place where Everything will Try to Kill you, you need to know how to defend yourself, and if going melee is a death-sentence someone might want to have a ranged weapon with you, Justyn Knows this well enough, and thought using a simple gun was the easiest to Learn.

(4) Melee: sometimes, your bare fists are enough, sometimes, you just want to beat the crap out of people and wasteland monsters with a nice, heavy, object.

-Favorite Perks-

(1) Shotgun Surgeon: If Justyn can Aim with one thing, It's a Shotgun.

(2) Concentrated Fire: give him a Target, and he Shoots at it until he hits it.

(3) Animal Friend: Justyn Always Loved Animals, and it seems the Animals and Monsters Of the Wastes Appreciate it, well, most of them.

(4) Jury Rigging: sometimes you take what you can get, other take it, destroy it, and use any part still usable for other weapons, Justyn is one of the latter.

(5) Terrifying Presence: Justyn is one of the Classical "Beware of the Nice ones" type of character, Make him Angry and whoever Angered him, Regrets it

-Weapons and Armor-

Style of Fighting: It Really Depends, noone knows if he will go melee or Ranged, really, it all depends on the situation.

Favorite Weapons: He LOVES Shotguns, but he Also likes to use Miniguns, or the Desert Eagle, as in terms of Melee weapons, he has his Own Silver Axe.

Worst: he Rarely uses Explosive Weapons, he is a bit too afraid to blow himself, or his friends up, he also has a slight dislike for rifles and SMG's, but only slightly.

Favorite Armor: he has a White suit for More Noble Places, and a Casual Pre-War Outfit (consisting of a white shirt and Jeans) for the more city-like places. but in Most Cases, you see him Wearing his Nordic Gear (Seen in the Picture) with his Unique White Fedora.

-Relationships-

Friends: He Really Hates Crimes, wants to Help People, and has great respect for authorities,  this view on life made it easy for him to become Friends with the Follower of the Apocalypse & The Kings in Freeside, as he helped both sides if they had problems with Troublemakers

Enemies: It's Really Hard for him to Hate Something so much that he wants to see the thing in question Dead, he got no Problem with Ghouls, Mutants, as long they are friendly to him, he is Friendly to them, However he Utterly Hates the Legion and sees nothing good in them and fails to see how their ways will help mankind.

Crushes: He Would Never Admit it, but Word is that he has Taken Interest in Sarah Weintraub, the owner of the Vault Hotel in New Vegas, and Red-Lucy, the Woman in Charge of the Thorn.

Rivals: Justyn isn't aware of any Rivals, regardless if its a friendly or competitive Rival. so he says that he has None

Family: Nothing is Known about His Family, Only that his Family is still in Germany...or whats Left of it. 

-Trivia-

-He has Asperger Autism

-Justyn would never do something HE considers Evil, so Killing Slaver,Rapists,Murderer,racists, and all is fine with him.

-while he is a friendly person, if he fights Evil Beings, he can get quite psychotic

-while the stuff he writes isn't bad, he has terrible writing, so good luck reading.

-he knows a lot about pre-war stuff

-Plans to Visit D.C Someday.

-while he does love all animals, his favorite animal are Dogs.

-He tends to Collect a lot of Trash.
