Vampirized.

Not sure if the title for this one is the right word for this kind of photo-manipulation, as in I've given someone a Vampire look, but I can't think of anything better so there it is.
The model in the picture was down at my local camera club for a photo shoot the other day and I thought I'd give her a rather extreme makeover. Now all I've got to decide is whether to enter this image in the next digital competition at my local club? all the images are projected onto a six foot high screen so any mistakes will show up big time.
Any thoughts and comments on this image are welcome.
