Go Nuts: He's a really flexible character so feel free to use his moves in different ways and have some fun. And let me know if you have any more questions about him.
Lightning Chute: After some discussion with a friend of mine I have come to the conclusion that the full extent of this ability is too strong for this tournament. Now he can only use it to go up into the clouds or back down. He cannot use it to travel along metal or through a lightning arc from his wand. This ability like all others removes all charge and Denjin mode.
Denjin Mode: Once he has full power he can toggle this on and off freely. He usually wouldn't remain in this state for more than a few seconds as it puts much stress on his body. He becomes more fatigued and gets blurred vision the longer he is in it for up to 10 seconds. Any more and he's at risk of cardiac arrest.
Weakness Correction: His lightning bolt comes straight down. He can still call it, but if something that can block it (goes through glass) is directly above him he can't catch it and if something is directly above the enemy they are save.

Personality: Tropo is a very self-important person, as you might be if you felt couldn't build bonds with anyone because they would be undone when you go back through time. It is difficult to get him to talk to you especially if you aren't convincingly more powerful or have knowledge he seeks. He spends a lot of time alone in high places meditating or having loud arguments with himself (astral beings other people cannot see).
More Story: Tropo is from a race of elves that live on floating islands in the clouds. They constantly draw power and use it in their day to day tasks. He built components for spacecrafts as a profession. He was always obsessed with the universe, and when he'd seen it, became obsessed with what lied beyond it. He found concrete evidence of the existence of space mages; powerful beings who exist between universes. Their purpose is to maintain balance throughout the astral plane. Balance could include destroying a cancerous universe, which his happens to be. Adam is a mysterious man who somehow ascended to become a space mage. One of Tropo's main objectives is to assassinate him in the past or find out how he ascended.
DISCLAIMER: Tropo is very relentless (he is an assassin), which means there is a chance I may draw him killing your character in a tournament OCT. Well someones gat to play the "villain" right? But Please let me know if you have a problem with that when its time to fight and I'll work around that.
