General is a all around Chevalier with tremendous working ability. He's been named Western Trail Division Champion by the 2012 Work Horse Trials and came in second place in Western Pleasure in the very same show.

Trail was more interesting than maybe the proper classes were. With trail, you had to think and be prepared. The other classes were more sedate... like being lead around in a circle on a lesson pony.

General came up to the bridge, brining his leg up a bit higher than he probably needed to upon first contact, but once he found the bridge and it's height he quickly got on board and crossed it, walking off the other side and continuing on to the rest. General like trail classes. He'd won his last one and on the trails at home his mistress always did appreciate the fact that he was calm and could think. Some of the other horses weren't as level headed. The stallion was sure some of his stable mates would trip balls over a fallen tree, but not he.

He snorted and took a turn, coming up on the next obstacle. Pfft, he'd done this a thousand times before.
