Sesal
Sesal is the leader of the group. He is an adult maybe 35/40 or so and he makes sure that he acts like one :^) He's very proud of his mane and tries to keep it in tip top shape unlike how it was when he was a teen. When he was a teen his mane was cray he liked for it to be that way to (he was going through a phase). But we don't talk about those times. Sesal feels that he's grown out of all that rash behavior and awkward styles.
When Sesal was a cub he was very self conscious and was always worried about how others viewed him. He barely had any self confidence and relied on others opinions in order to feel good/bad about himself. But during his teens he decided he was tired of it, he rebelled and went against everything, arguing over things unimportant and thinking only of himself. When he became a young adult he started to finally think of others and stopped being so argumentative. He grew up. That's when he met CC, she had just stumbled out of the fog one day, he assumes, because when he found her she was sitting out in the open near his town. He had heard of mons' coming from the fog with no idea what they were before and he saw in her eyes a younger him. He saw that insecure cub with no drive in life, just alive but not living. He took her in, he didn't want anybody else to feel what he felt. They were together for a long time, happy. They had both found a purpose, each other. That's when Sesal cleaned himself up big time, he couldn't be a bad role-model to this mon', she had so much to explore and find, so much to see, so much to learn. He didn't want her to be like him when she grew up, alone in a tiny cottage near town. So he finally read up on that group he heard so much about, that "explorer" group in Andalusst. That seemed like a great way for her to be more! A great way for her to live her life to the fullest! So he suggested it to her, and she was thrilled! She would be able to explore dungeons and find treasures beyond her wildest dreams!! Sesal felt the excitement that he saw in her eyes, it may have been the first time in a while he felt so much excitement for another mon'.
Then CC suggested something.
"We can form our own team Sesal! You and me!"
What?! Sesal was a old man, he couldn't go out on those dangerous adventures, that was for the young mons', not an old cat like him!
He voiced his worries to her, said she should form her own team with a new mon' it'd be fun! But she would have none of it. She finally conviced him to journey with her. He says its probably the best thing that has happened to him. For the first time in YEARS he's out of that old cottage and he couldn't be happier.
CC
CC is a sickly little bear. She's in her teens, maybe 14/15 and feels that she's "mature" (hah) for her age. She's a bit awkward, with her arms being a bit too long for her body and that frozen goop always dripping from her nose.
CC doesn't remember much about being in the fog. Just that she had no idea where she was going many times, its all blur. She stumbled out of the fog after wandering about in it for months with no idea where she was. But from the heat she felt she could tell she was by fire mons'. She wandered around the area after gaining her BEARings and found a small cottage a ways from the town. CC could see the silhouette of someone in the window but she was too afraid to knock on the door. She wandered for the rest of that day, looking for....something, anything. Finally she just collapsed on the ground, and just sat there, helpless. After a while, she heard the steady footsteps of a mon', she wanted to get up and hide but she couldn't, she was too tired. And that's when she met Sesal. His mane was beautiful to her, the colors were so vibrant and pretty unlike her own drab appearance. She felt, less. Like he was more important, better than her even. He got a strange look in his eyes and asked her what was wrong, why she was out here. The is a fire mon' town, where were her parents? She couldn't answer any, he took her in.
CC enjoyed every second with Sesal, it was as if she was worth it to somebody. She relied on him for everything, and he supplied it. Not only that, he never asked for anything back. He made her feel important and happy.
After living with Sesal for years he showed her a flyer and told her about this group. They were explorers! She was fascinated immediately, she could find treasures and fight and be awesome! She already knew the name of her team, Team "FrozenPaws" Perfect! Her and Sesal would make a perfect team! They worked so well together, they could be the best team ever. CC told him he should come with her, they could have a great team, and unstoppable team! Sesal looked shocked, he told her how he was "old" and how that was for the "youger mon'" Pff, yeah right. She's seen him tip over trees and burn berries to a crisp. He could surely survive on an exploring team.
After begging and pleading for days he finally gave in, they would become a team. Team FrozenPaws!!
Trivia
Sesal thought the name "FrozenPaws" was a bit too childish. But then he remember who his partner was.
CC often tries to clean up the goop that drips from her nose but it always comes back :^(
Sesal was originally going to be a Furfrou named Jack and have a completely different personality.
CC was a cubchoo from the start.
Sesal forgets to take the flowers out of his mane sometimes. (CC puts them there)

Hahahaha, I read "CC-Cubchoo" as "Coo coo Cachoo"
