Pride and Prejudice

"Look at that peacock.", Amienne said while they were watching Armand in the ring. 

The stallion walked with the dancing steps of a mare behind Louis. His head high like always he was trying to stay in the center of the spot light so that every single piece of leadglass on his body was sparkling like a diamond. 

"Gluing extra leadglass on your body...How can a single stallion practicing such a shameless self-staging.", Rose said before she yawned again.

"I don't know. But it's clearly not normal.", Amelie whispered.

Louise was silent. She couldn't see him anyways and as long as she haven't talked to him in person she wouldn't judge him. Blind as she was she could often see things others can't notice because they are blinded by their sight. 

"He tried to tempt Fumiko...", Chou said as she appeared between her cabaret sisters.

The other mares looked at her all shocked.

"No way! She's a foal!", Amienne gasped before she throw a look back at the stallion who was now standing in the middle holding his head slightly aside like a shy colt, watching the judges from between his locks as they start to examinate him.

"Look at that. Now he's playing the innocent kid. Pfft.", the white mare snorted in disgust.

Chou throw a look over to him. Indeed. Shy and innocent like he was scared to make a wrong step.

"He's even slightly shivering.", she said an shook her head.

"A perfect actor if you ask me.", Amelie snorted.

"Maybe all the roles he plays are just masks to hide behind.",it was Louise who finally spoke and the other mares were looking at her. Slowly she stepped over to them, Finn at her side who was guiding her.

"You can't seen him Louise. He's just a devil who seduce what ever cross his way. Even Signore Fernando said we have to be careful if he's around no matter what he and Lady Caterina decided concerning our houses.", Amienne whispered.

"I can't see him that's true. I need to believe what you are telling me and if you are just telling me prejudices I need to believe them.", she said,"I will talk to him later."

"Are you mad Louise?", Chou asked,"He will try to tempt you too I'm sure."

"No. I'm not. I just want to see beyond the world of pride and prejudice.", she said,"And maybe I'm the only one who's not to blind to see beyond."
