AoH: Water Class S5

In summary, your character is controlling water to block the balloon and then changing that water into an attack.

The shield is a small splash of water strong enough to deflect small projectiles and weak attacks. The shot is a bullet of water moving at high speed, capable of puncturing most surfaces. You're doing a 2-in-1 maneuver, changing the shield into a shot of water, so you can parry and then attack without giving your opponent time to react.

You may gather the water from the surrounding lake or the air if you know how to do that already. Don't use the water in the balloon as it has nothing to do with your assignment--this is your placeholder projectile, so Conan doesn't have to, say, throw rocks or shoot fireballs at you. _{That said, if you're using it separately, that's probably okay but clear it with me first.}

Q: Do I need to use the water in the balloon?

A: The water in the balloon has nothing to do with the technique (other than getting you wet if you fail to block it). The rest of the balloon also has nothing to do with the technique apart from being a prop you need to block.

Q: What happens if the balloon breaks?

Q: So if I parry without the balloon breaking...?

A: It means, if you did it on purpose and can repeat it, your character has good fine control and can gauge how much eden/force they need to be more efficient.
