For those of you that are new to the competition, Otaku Senshi Idol (OSI) is a contest for already created otaku senshi (fan created sailor soldiers from the Sailor Moon universe) to compete for the title of Otaku Senshi Idol of a certain year. I hope creating all the new art created for the challenge will give each creator some great art of their characters.
