Beneath - Perception

The scene comes along these lines...
"It stung terribly when she pulled the remains of the blade out, slowly and carefully when he wished she would have gone quicker and gotten it over with.
"There's…there's a lot of blood," she said; Loki heard the blade clatter to the floor.
He vanished the sword still in his hand and turned around to find Jane breathing shallowly and looking like she might pass out, or worse, vomit all over him. Did you know your woman cannot take the sight of blood, Thor? She would never make it in Asgard. He grasped her wrist in his right hand and led her to one of the chairs by the computer, where he pressed at her shoulder until she sat."

So yes, they're Loki and Jane.
The story happens mostly in the South Pole, at the Amundsen-Scott base; so that's why they're in a jamesway inside and Jane is dressed like that. Along the story, Ninepen makes a great effort to portrait the characters, events and places in realistic terms (which is one of the reasons I love this story). This story is not Lokane, but they both are involved in a very interesting relationship that also is one of the strong points.
---So I couldn't help to portrait them as the events of this chapter.
I've enjoyed this quite a lot.

La escena es tal que así...
"Al extraer lo que quedaba de la hoja de la espada, la herida escocía de forma terrible. Ella la quitaba lenta y cuidadosamente mientras que él deseaba que lo hiciera más rápido y acabara pronto.
—Hay... hay mucha sangre —dijo ella y Loki oyó el golpe de la hoja al caer sobre el suelo.
Él desvaneció la espada que aún tenía en la mano y se giró para encontrarse conque Jane respiraba profusamente y parecía a punto de desmayarse, o peor, de vomitar sobre él. "¿No sabías que tu chica no puede aguantar la visión de la sangre, Thor? Ella nunca encajaría en Asgard". Acabó por cogerla por la muñeca con la mano derecha y la condujo hasta una de las sillas junto al ordenador, donde la empujó por el hombro para que se sentara".

Así que efectivamente, son Loki y Jane.
La historia transcurre en el Polo Sur, en la base de Amundsen-Scott , que es por lo que ambos están dentro de una cabina de campamento y Jane va vestida con esa guisa. A lo largo de la historia, Ninepen hace un gran esfuerzo en desarrollar los personajes, los sucesos y los lugares en donde pasa en términos realistas (que es una de las razones por las que me encanta esta historia). La trama no es del tipo "Lokane", pero ambos tienen una relación realmente interesante y que es uno de los puntos fuertes de la historia.
---Así que no podía evitar dibujar algo sobre los sucesos de este capítulo.
