POWER/ABILITY 1: Electrokinesis/Electric Arts
PROS: There is boundless electricity within the world, and it flows through her body naturally. She created the Electric Arts herself, and is very skilled with them. She can heal herself by absorbing electricity. 
CONS: It still obeys the laws of electricity-electricity always seeks the ground, arcing in ways that are not easy to control. In order to use her Electric Arts, she must get up close and personal with an enemy. In order to use the healing aspect of her powers, she has to drain something. 

POWER/ABILITY 2: Technology Manipulation 
PROS: Since there is much technology in the world, she has a lot to work with. She can drain power to restore herself, and overall bend tech to her will.
CONS: It is limited to electric-powered devices. She couldn't bend a newspaper to her will. She could only bend something like a neon sign or a computer.

Weapon(s): Electric Arts, Electrokinesis, Technology
Style: Electric Arts-a form of martial arts she created that infuses her innate electrokinesis into each strike. She can also just use electrokinesis by itself, and bend technology to her will.
Strengths: Her resolute will, combined with powerful, electric fists prove to be a powerful force. Plus, she can use technology to any means.
Weaknesses: She still has fears, and her powers have their limits. A ground-based enemy could be trouble for her.  

Background:
Born in New York City, Skyla was a master of technology. Upon entering puberty, her powers awoke, causing lightning to arc throughout the car she was in, destroying the car she was riding in, and sending her flying. When she came to, it was in a village in Besaid. She absorbed the electricity of a nearby sign, restoring her health. She began training with a martial arts teacher to harness her powers. After mastering her powers, she became a lone vigliante, discovering that 'unexplained explosions' that had begun to occur were the results of demonic beings called "Hollows". She began fighting them, and in the process, meet Azure. The two formed a team, and now, with Lydia and Crystal at their side, they take down Hollows aplenty.
