The song in itself is seriously so open to so many meanings. I take it with Miku being the innocent girl (Because I'm biased that way) who is trapped by Kaito through use of trickery and poison. </3
There's also the version with Len as her lover and Kaito being a childhood friend who kills Len out of jealousy and steals Miku away only to be killed by Miku's own paranoid self. So many deaths in such a simple song.
