- Entries for multiple races must be on a separate image. If the horse enters two races, you need two separate images.
- As these races are spread out over the course of a month, it isn't realistic to see a horse racing 6-7 times a month. We are restricting individual horses to four (4) races per month.
- All Breed Races are now closed to purebred Thoroughbred and Arabian horses. We already have a plethora of available races for those types, and will be reserving the all breed classes for horses of different breeds
- Backgrounds are no longer required, but including one will garner you points. Backgrounds will be judged on the following scale:
Final Score/35
HA-Racing-Database offers a point Handicap to rival horses entered with the main entrant. This increases the chances of your horse winning the race. The 'rival' horse will be judged just as any other horse in the image, and you must specify if you want this handicap on your horse in your registration note. Rival horses must also be registered in the race via note and pictured in the same entry as your main horse to be considered for this handicap.
Point deduction is -6 Handicap.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Updated as of 30.06.2016
Each entry will receive a comment from the judge:
One comment will be your score card, which includes your horses' name, race entered and a breakdown of the points you have earned. This happens before the event closes, and is not your official placing. This just makes it easier for your judges to complete the official placings once the races close! Here is an example of what the comment looks like on an entry:

Membership Race Poll - Winter 2016 UPDATE
The poll is now closed! Thank you so much to everyone who voted, your input is extremely valuable to us.
We were very pleased with the results we received. Flat races for 3YO+ was the definite winner, with both 3YO and 2YO nearly equal just behind. We received surprisingly positive interest in National Hunt races.
Our winter race meet will have predominantly flat races for 3YO+, since it encompasses both the desire for 3YO flat and for older horse races. We will also include a race or two for your lovely 2YOs. For your National Hunt fanatics, we'll also be including at least one NH event.
Due to the scale of the meet being larger and more

What if the ghost horse doesn't have any specified tack? Ransom's Alejandro (F) doesn't have any specifications that I could see (unless I missed it XD). Do I just use the racing blinkers mentioned in the ghost stable profile?
Also, does it matter whether or not I can use him on Turf? I didn't see a surface specification either.
