Hmm...sorry to say I actually prefer the original because its more detailed. The wings on the original are much nicer because they have the knuckle joints. The feet are better on the new one though.
I did the same when I redrew one of my own, improving on your own work is harder than it looks. Certain dragons don't seem to appreciate being redrawn.
