ILGB: Jody Bech

Fifth Year:
Over the summer Jody quit fencing and started getting into dance. Both modern and traditional.
Also showing more of an interest in fashion and tayloring.
Her dog Dixie was left at home this year in the hopes she'd be able to focus more on studying.

And uh, yeah, puberty happening... let's not talk about that

   Jody is a very joyful person and is rarely upset for longer periods of time. She kind of feels like it's a responsibility to keep the mood light and pleasant. She's not shy, if she has a question or something she'll speak up. And she won't mind stepping in if a fightis brewing, no matter if it's justified or not Jody doesn't support violence, unless defensing one's self in a last resort kind of situation. Honestly fighting is a waste of time to her. She's rarely ever judgemental and would like to get to know as many people as she can. She also likes to take care of her alreasy established friendships. Restless energi might be the most accurate one-word description of this Gryffindor, as it doesn't take to long of doing nothing for this girl to go seek out something, or rather anything, interesting to do. In the extreme she might go as far as pranking, but it's not a real hobby of hers. Despite her clutted mind, eagerness to do and carelessness, she's quite an elegant gal and moves swiftly and smoothly, as a result of her training in different sports and activities.

Background:
  Jody is a full blood witch born in England. From age three to eight she lived in Denmark, where her mother's from. During her time in Scandinavia her mother left them for unknown reasons to Jody. A couple of years after her mother's leaving, her father made a job related move back to England, where Jody two years later recieved her letter from Hogwarts very much to the joy of both her and her father.
When leaving for Hogwarts, her father let her bring the family dog Dixie, because he's very afraid she'll feel alone. (Has now been sent back home.)

  She's an only child living with her father who's a metal-charmer. Her mother left shortly after Jody turned five, who never really was explained why. One day her mother was there, the next she was getting in a cab and hasn't been seen since. Jody did however notice that her mother was unhappy in the times leading up to her leaving.
Luckily her father doesn't come from a tiny family, having a sister and two brothers most of them who have children themselves, giving Jody cousin's both younger, older and at her age.

She truly loves the idea of flying, but is completely terrified of flying herself. Like seriously scared. _Seriously.
