Personality:
Despite appearances, Gus is a gigantic teddy bear. Although he has all the tools to be a potentially lethal opponent, he prefers to spend his time sunbathing lazily, eating or sleeping. He has a laid-back ease about him that almost makes him seem... stupid, but I dare you to say that to his face. Despite his easygoing 'simple' temperament, he is intelligent. Gus has a huge heart and finds it hard to be cruel to anyone or anything. He is protective of his loved ones, but very open and friendly. The stag does not know an enemy.

Also despite his Glenmorian upbringing, Gus is extremely respectful to does. His mother was a tough one, and she made sure he learned what respect was from a very early age. His ideals regarding does have stuck with him through the years.

History:
This monumental example of a stag is the product of a no-nonsense Glenmore mother and an unknown Blackwood stag. Gus' mother doesn't talk much about his father, something about him being a no-good deadbeat who ran out on a poor single mother and her adorable son... His childhood was fairly uneventful... and he acquired a love for roaming at a young age. As his size implies, he was absolutely rotund as a youngster and it led to a lot of verbal abuse. Luckily, this only gave Gus an extremely thick hide. Once the young stag hit puberty, he sprouted up, and all of his chub turned into muscle. No one made fun of him after that. He stuck around Glenmore up until a few Autumns past, and then he made the pilgrimage to Windborne.

His heart belongs to the windswept island, and he will not be returning to Glenmore.
