Okay so I redrew this page, because I felt like the original first page was lame and not very well done. It was half-assed because I didnt really think i would be continuing the comic. The new one sheds a little more light to the cause for everything happening in the story.

I wrote this comic with the idea that the readers will have already read the fanfiction it is based off of, so i left out alot of background information that would be necessary to know in order to understand the comic.
However, recently It's been brought to my attention that alot of readers have never read the original fics. With that in mind I redrew the first page like so.

If its still al ittle fuzzy I will relay to you the events that lead up to OSTEK.

When Mikey was Sixteen there was an explosion on the surface above the lair that caused the roof to collapse. Only he and Splinter were home because his older brothers were out celebrating their birthday. Master Splinter saw a beam from the ceiling coming down on Mikey and jumped in the way. The beam impaled him in the abdomen and killed him over top of Mikey. Later at his funeral Mikey felt responsible for his death and thinks that he should have died that day rather than Master Splinter. Mikey goes into a deep state of depression and starts to cut himself and attempts suicide three times. The latest of which was trying to jump off the side of a very tall building which is whats drawn above.

He survives the jump though, and returns home with his brothers. The story picks up at that point. This suicide scene happened probably a week or two before the beginning of the comic on the next page.

It has been one year to the day that Splinter died. All week Mikey had kept himself locked up in his room leaving his brothers concerned. They knew Mikey had attempted suicide before they were afraid it would happen again.
Mikey looked around his room holding the kunai in his hand. “Father should be alive, not me,” Mikey said drawing a line across his wrist and watching the blood drip down. “I should have died the day the Kraang left me,” Mikey drew another line across his wrist, “I should have died that day on the room with Raph,” again he drew a line, “I should have died that time I was six on the walk with sensei,” he drew two line, he used his father’s name, “I should have died when Karai poisoned me,” Mikey drew another line, “why am I even alive?” He laid flat on his plastron and slipped under his bed, where

The story is based off of Cucu's AU "One Small Turtle" in which, The turtles are all in their 30's except for Mikey who is currently 16.

Which right now has 7 pages. I plan to also do the next chapter "Enter Kala" but when does Tenshi ever do what she says shes gunna do? So no promises. Idk if I do that one ill think about continuing but I cant really say if I will. Reguardless enjoy these 7 pages.
