How To Get A Klavalodor
You can obtain a Klavalodor in two ways:
1) Design your own horse. As long as your horse meets the correct standards and is submitted to the group, you can create your own design Klavalodor. There are no limitations on colours or mutations, only spireless horses cannot be freely created. Once approved your horse is given an ID number.
2) Imports. Pre-designed imports are available to purchase should you not wish to create your own.
Imports will be designed and submitted regularly to the 'Imports and Sales' folder under the gallery section. Each Import is given a unique number for reference, this number stays with the horse throughout its life. This ID number can be displayed in the horses name, or simply noted down in the comments under your horse's reference image, either or both is fine.
Imports will be auctioned in three ways; art, points and points autobuy.
In all three cases, once bought you are given 30 days (with a 10 days grace period) to draw a new, up to date full body and coloured reference of your horse and submit it to the 'Registration References' gallery folder.
Reference images must be drawn, full body and coloured. No photomanipulations, head shots/busts, or free use linearts are allowed. Chibis are not accepted if your style is generally realistic. You may use your own linearts, or commission others to draw the reference or a lineart for you.
Your horse's reference should contain important information such as:
Name:
Owner:
Breed:
Type:
Colour:
Genotype:
Discipline/s:
and so on. Of course if you intend for your horse to be used as a roleplay character and not in a roleplay stable, feel free to adjust the information as necessary.
You should contact a member of Admin if you cannot register your horse in the allowed time.
Once accepted your horse will be added to the Horse ID list. All Klavalodor need to be registered in order to exist or qualify for breeding, showing, and other group perks.
Selling & Buying
When selling your Klavalodor the group must be notified.
You should send a note entitled 'Sale' and include the horse name, ID number and new owner's name.
The new owner will be required to submit a registration reference, even if the horse is registered. If the Klavalodor you buy is not registered, your 30 days refreshes from the day the sale is made.
With the new owner's information we can then amend the horse's import sheet (if applicable).
When buying a Klavalodor you should be notified by the group, once the owner of the horse has notified the group of the sale.
You need to draw up a new reference within 30 days of sale (10 days grace) and submit it to the group, exactly the same as buying an import.
Unlockable Content, Perks, and Rewards
As your horse ranks up they can collect rewards and items.
~ Blood Rings: Show your horses current rank at a glance.
~ Stones: Cast on your horse to generate their unique effect.
~ Scrolls: Cast on your horse to generate their unique effect.
~ Wind, Fire, Lightning and Thunder Stones: For each type of Klavalodor (Vinda- Wind, Bruni- Fire, Tvier- Lightning, Prymja- Thunder) you can collect their power stone. A primary power stone enchants your horse to a moderate power level, where they can manipulate their given element. A Secondary power stone enchants to a high level and enables your horse to generate that element, as well as manipulate it

Breeding Your Klavalodor
A breeding horse should be at least 5 years of age.
Breeding rules are set in place by the owner of the horses involved.
You may cross breed your horse with a different breed.
Cross breeding between Klavalodor types is permitted. Crossbred Klavalodor are called Tveir, you can read more about Tveir Klavalodor in the Breed Conformation journal.
Inbreeding is strictly forbidden and if a horse is found to have another horse twice in its lineage it will be immediately made infertile or 'destroyed'.
Klavalodor do not have a set amount of breeding slots.
Once a new horse is 'born' it should be registered as any other Klavalodor.
Updates: Admins Wanted
Vox here guys!
Do you have some spare time and want to be a part of the group, put forward ideas and help us grow? I'm after admins to help with submissions, ID numbers and general group maintenance.
I've decided the group needs a more relaxed and open policy. I want to encourage fun and drawing. If you think you're up for it drop myself a note directly. Thanks!
As for the group, I hope to see more submissions and I am open to ideas from everyone! I'd love some open discussion and feedback on what you like, what you don't like, what you want to see and anything else you may find important.
Thanks to everyone who's still here <3
