Rise is the kind of horse found in every stable - one that has his complete trust in one person and very unsure about others. He can be very erratic when being handled by others and is known to stress out then start kicking out but he never does it out of anger more out of confusion. Despite being a stallion he can be very sensitive by words and auctions of others - if he gets shouted at he won't understand who you are angry at him and will try and make it up to you. Unlike the other stallion owned by his rider Alex he isn't judgmental and has an open heart considering he is very nervous of people he doesn't know. 

He is very quite in his stable - he will enter and leave it whenever he is asked to and would happily stay there all day and night although he does like having another horse near him or in the same block as him for company and to reassure him if nothing else. He is very tidy in his stable never kicks his bedding up or tip his water buckets over and goes to the toilet in the same place all the time. When he has a new bed down he may role in it but other than that he is tidy.

In the field he usually goes out with the other stallions in RR when they are let out although he is also fine on his own as long as he can see the yard and watch people doing things. He is good at picking out the weakest members of the herd and bringing them out of their shell and can keep the loud ones at bay. 

Undersaddle is he a completely different horse depending on who is riding him. If you stuck a 4 year old on him he'd happily walk about, if he is ridden by a nervouse rider he knows about it; he'll do his best to let them learn and keep them on his back but if you stuck a experiance rider on him looking for a thrill he will happily gallop around a 1 meter+ XC  track or send them around a 1.20 meter showjumping class. He knows when he is at his show and he'll behave his best and do 100% for you if you ask him. He can turn on a sixpence; you just have to look and he'll turn. He is also a happy hacker and loves going around the woodlands and hills but prefers having another horse with him as he is nervous and can be bolt-y if he is alone and gets scared. 

He is fine to lead, tack up, wash, groom, lunge and to tie up though he has found out how to untie his lead rope but he never goes anywhere - most likely to the nearest grass or wonder around back to his stable block or towards a horse in the small paddock by the stables.
