Hey...Just uploading this quick.
Sorry about the ugly watermark, but it's like that so that people don't steal it. I did this the 2nd or 3rd of January. The first artwork for 2014. I got a migraine also when I started the stem and the crown leaves. I started this drawing a while ago, and moved it aside for a while, so it was an unfinished WIP. I decided to finish it, so that I can take it off my memory stick, to make space for my other work I still need to draw and finish.
The red rose at the top is the original, the other 6 colors beneath it, are the color's I changed it to. This is part of a design for a coffee mug. I lost all my rose stock when my PC crashed the other day, so who the stock reference belongs to, I have no idea. I can't find it either. All my work are always saved on my 16GB Memory Stick. They are like never ever on my hard drive, because I'm scared of that.. All my horse references, rose references, and all my other stock and resources was lost that day. So yeah.
I made myself a bouquet of roses for a Profile Picture, on MXit, and since many of my contacts usually ask for a copy of my Profile Picture, I decided to have them request any of the 7 color's I have, for the day, with the color of their choice for the background, and then a name of their choice at the bottom on the banner. I'm however not going to share the file for everyone to create a profile picture for themselves. I'm just uploading a preview of the template I made for myself. But yeah. I hope you guys like it.
Anyway. Just wanted to share this, so enjoy guys!
