History:
Éliot was born and raised in Windborne, amidst the main herd, as a son of one of the Guards. He had always been a little bit weak and smaller than the others, so he fell ill from time to time because of the harsh climate and the steady wind (though never worse than a cough or an infection). His parents, though they seemed to adore each other, couldn't be more dissimilar - his father was probably the most loyal fawnling in whole Windborne, while his mother had always been a rather rebellious doe. When Eli turned 2, she ran away and joined the does at Point Danger - and Éilias stayed with the herd and took his son's education into his own hooves.
This is probably also the main reason why his father is Éliot's biggest role model. He looks up to this tall, majestic stag with the big antlers, and adores him; he just wants to be like his father one day. (Actually, Éilias isn't even taller than the average Windborne.... but you know the visual senses of young colts when it comes to their fathers.)
When Éliot turned 5, he was full of hopes and expectiations! His antlers grew for the first time - but when he looked at his reflection in the Alba Lake, the little fawnling was very, very disappointed. Those horns were soo small and useless! His father promised that they would grow with age.
His father also taught him a little bit of air magic, and hopes that Eli has a little hidden talent for that. But he still doesn't know how to control and handle the magic. (He can be very derpy from time to time.) One of the older does from the herd also showed him how to identify some useful plants, for healing or something else.
He was 6, when the rut's madness caught him for the first time. His first encounter with a flirtatious doe ended in a shameful defend by a much bigger stag.
Then, the Windborne war came - and turned his whole life upside down. Éliot strived to become a guard, hearing daily from his father how dangerous the newly formed Splinter Alliance was. He desperately wanted to be useful for his kingdom, like Éilias, and even requested to be a part of the guard. He was ignorant of the fact that nobody would accept his plea, and started to roam around on his own, playing patrol. Whole Windborne was in an uproar, the winter storms raging, when he brought himself into danger. A fight with a Splinter stay didn't turn out well for him, and he was thrown down a cliff into the ocean.
Having lost consciousness, the young buck found himself stranded in a foreign land that didn't welcome him at all. Memories of his old self lost, he starts a journey.
And his life is going on...

Eli has absolutely no strength; when he joined the other colts' scramble, they were always able to push him back. But he outweighs that with lots of stamina, and he's also rather swift and fast. He surely knows how to handle his long legs, is able to sidestep like a rabbit and can climb very well.
He's very curious and eager to learn new stuff, especially when it comes to herb lore, but the other colts of his age consider that as veeeery uncool and unstagly, so he doesn't dare to learn more of it. Wind Magic, though, is the coolest thing ever!
He is a very friendly little one, funny and always up for jokes or tricks. And he is as loyal as his father, he would do everything for his kingdom.
What is really special about him... he has a strange ability to get himself into trouble or even danger. One day, he wandered a few steps away from his father and immediately fell down a slope. Another, in his second summer, he tried to swim in the Cockle Bay, but he didn't know that he couldn't swim and so he almost drowned. Luckily, nothing worse than a few bruises happened to him yet. But he always tests his limits. Plus, he shows little respect to elders, apart from his father, whom he adores.
He also tends to overestimate himself - always thinking he has to satisfy some kind of expectation, only because he's male. Practically growing up between a group of Guards aroused a strong "stagly" pride in him - he is, for example, very peacocky when it comes to his antlers, and he will challenge everystag who DARES to say anything negative about them!
He practically thinks he HAS to be strong and good-looking, this kind of excellent fighter every doe is falling for - and he keeps forgetting that he is not (and will never be).
Eli has this different side, though, and even though he'd never admit, he's a little poet. He loves tales and sagas about heros, and sometimes writes songs about them. He loves beautiful, quiet places as well as laughing and joking with a big group of others!
He isn't a magic user yet, he has never discovered a real connection to the wind-controlling power so far (though he was obliged to eat the magic-awakening plants every day), but he really loves the wind and its songs. He has some kind of personal relationship with the breezing power around him, but he still can't think of the Wind as something that would serve him willingly. He once said:
"My father's always addressing the Wind with a male pronoun; but I hardly can imagine the Wind as a male... The way it playfully tugs at my hair and circles me fiercely, then softens and caresses my cheek like a playful doe; it has to be a "she", it has to!"
Eli loves the forest and his home land. He still sticks to one place, his beloved Westhaven with its familiar pastures, smells and sounds - waiting for the day his curiousity gets the better of him and the foreign world calls to him..

Autumn 760 (8 years) - Acorns on an Eucalyptus Tree - Upon finding an Eucalyptus tree next to an oak, Eli finally regains his memory. A Glenmore sleepsong is written.
Winter 760 (8 years) - Windborne in Disguise - Oh no! Eli is discovered by a Guard! Luckily Lune is just amused about his attempts to come across as a true Glenmore.
Summer 761 (9 years) - Old Stags, Schools and Storytellers - Eli and Alize meet again and end up telling a thrilling story to a bunch of curious fawns.
Summer 761 (9 years) - Hooroo, Boofheads! / Another Departure - Eli is being thrown out of Glenmore, but he escapes the guards and decides to leave Glenmore and continue his journey. A travel song is sung.
Autumn 761 (9 years) - Change of Heart - Eli remembers Rue, but isn't too sure how to feel about the vastness of things he feels. A song is written.

I hope everything is okay with his history and description... and with his stats especially. It took me some time to get into the system, and I don't know if I have fully understood it yet x'D so I'm sorry if I did something wrong.

I think he has to travel a lot! Curious little thing, my boy. oh how I love him already. |D
And I think I will one day try to get his father as a character, too.
