I regret that I did not announce the winners of this contest when I had originally intended. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I did not have the time or opportunity. Now, the situation has been resolved, and the winners are announced below. I sincerely apologize for the delay. Thank you all for being patient.

I want to say that I was very much impressed with the entries submitted to this contest. I certainly wouldn't mind having at least one of the designs that were suggested for my uniform in my wardrobe.
